This document is provided for transparency and user safety. It is not a substitute for independent legal advice.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cowl Pilot, including the landing page, early-access forms, Telegram-based assistant, Meta Ads monitoring, AI-generated briefs, alerts, report history, and QRIS top-ups.

By using the Cowl Pilot website, submitting a form, using the Telegram bot, registering, connecting Meta Ads, or making a top-up, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

1. Operator and contact

The service is operated as Cowl Pilot. Cowl Pilot, Indonesia. A full legal mailing address may be provided for verified legal or regulatory requests.

For support, contact support@cowlpilot.com. For privacy or data requests, contact privacy@cowlpilot.com.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms in your jurisdiction.
  • You must be authorized to access and connect the Telegram account, Meta Ads account, business assets, and payment method you use with Cowl Pilot.
  • You are responsible for protecting your Telegram account, Meta account, credentials, tokens, and devices.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account access secure.

3. Service description

Cowl Pilot helps users monitor Meta Ads performance, receive AI-generated briefs and alerts, review report history, and top up service credits through QRIS where available. The service may start with waitlist or early-access flows and may change over time as we add, remove, or improve features.

4. Third-party services

Cowl Pilot depends on third-party services including Telegram, Meta/Facebook APIs, payment providers, AI providers, hosting, database, logging, email, automation, analytics, and support providers. Their availability, terms, data handling, rate limits, policy changes, outages, or restrictions may affect Cowl Pilot. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

5. Meta Ads access and user authorization

  • Cowl Pilot is currently designed for read-only Meta Ads monitoring, typically using the ads_read permission, unless a future feature separately asks for and receives explicit approval for write actions.
  • You must only connect ad accounts that you are authorized to access and monitor.
  • You are responsible for complying with Meta's terms, advertising policies, data policies, and business account requirements.
  • You may revoke Cowl Pilot's access from your Meta/Facebook settings. Revocation may stop monitoring and reports.

6. AI recommendations and advertising decisions

AI-generated briefs, alerts, and recommendations are informational only. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your business context. Cowl Pilot does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional marketing advice. You remain responsible for campaign decisions, budgets, ad spend, compliance, and results.

7. Billing, credits, and QRIS top-ups

  • Cowl Pilot may operate on pay-as-you-go credits, trial credits, package entitlements, or other pricing models shown in the Telegram bot or related product materials.
  • Service credits or saldo are used for Cowl Pilot checks, monitoring, reports, alerts, and related features. They are not a bank deposit, stored-value account, e-money product, or cash equivalent unless required by applicable law.
  • QRIS top-ups may be processed by MAYAR or another payment provider. A top-up may be credited after payment confirmation is received from the provider.
  • Prices, included features, minimum intervals, usage rates, trial credits, and packages may change with notice where required.
  • Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, clear technical errors, or other cases required by law. Payment provider fees, used credits, abuse, fraud, or policy violations may limit refund availability.
  • You are responsible for taxes, bank fees, payment-provider fees, and charges imposed by your payment method or jurisdiction unless stated otherwise.

8. Prohibited use

  • Do not connect accounts you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not use Cowl Pilot for illegal advertising, deceptive practices, platform-policy violations, sanctions violations, fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activities.
  • Do not share Meta access tokens, payment details, or other credentials in public groups or insecure channels.
  • Do not reverse engineer, overload, attack, scrape beyond permitted APIs, bypass security, abuse rate limits, or interfere with Cowl Pilot or its vendors.
  • Do not use the service to process personal data without having any required rights, notices, consents, or lawful basis.

9. Availability and accuracy

Cowl Pilot is provided on an as-available basis. Waitlist access, monitoring, alerts, reports, payment confirmation, and AI output may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate due to maintenance, configuration issues, third-party APIs, Telegram delivery, Meta rate limits, payment provider delays, hosting incidents, or other factors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, instant alerts, specific advertising outcomes, or exact metric accuracy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is unauthorized use, fraud, security risk, abuse, non-payment, violation of these Terms, third-party policy violation, legal requirement, or risk to users, vendors, or Cowl Pilot. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of eligible data through privacy@cowlpilot.com.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cowl Pilot is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cowl Pilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, lost advertising opportunities, platform bans, campaign losses, data loss, or third-party service failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Cowl Pilot for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different minimum remedy.

12. Governing law and disputes
